Helga have 13 years’ experience in the usability industry having worked in the UK as a usability consultant and user experience architect within agencies as well as e-commerce portals. She returned to South Africa seven years ago and started Mantaray a usability and user experience design agency specialising in digital channels and mobile (Mobile apps, Mobile internet, WAP, WIG & USSD) with a skew towards m-commerce, e-commerce and banking. Some of their more recent clients include Absa Bank, Google, Nokia, Standard Bank and MTN
