The Four Essentials in Building an Effective UX Team
Building a vibrant, successful UX practice in an organisation is not easy. Issues of type of product/service being worked on, maturity of the organization, capabilities of the team, management, budget, etc. all factor into conditions for success. We will systematically unpack the key elements of success: organizational readiness (including management
support, UX maturity and history, budget, etc.), team composition, UX processes and execution, and delivery on objectives.
