The usability toolbox

What are the latest trends in usability research? How can these methods and approaches be turned into actionable insight and business benefits? Thomas Visby Snitker (CEO of SnitkerGroup, Denmark) will showcase micro-testing tools, the use of video and ethnography, and put into all in to a practical context: when to do what and how.
