A true geek at heart who lives and breathes mobile and digital, Lynette has been carving her chosen career in the I.T sector for more than 10 years.

After graduating with a honours degree (CUM LAUDE) in Computer Science and Psychology (specializing in Human Computing Interaction and publishing her thesis in an international journal of computing “Computers in Human Behaviour”), Lynette has worked as an analyst/programmer in the Financial sector industry both locally and internationally with high profiled clients such as Standard Bank, Citibank, Deutche Bank and HSBC.

Whilst working in the UK, her passion for creating the best technical solutions that focus on combining the best user experience whilst deliver on core user functionality reawakened, leading her back to her original career path of Product Management.

On returning to South Africa in 2010, her passion for excellence and observant analysis was acquired by the MIH Group to tackle their
digital offering aimed squarely at stemming Amazon.com’s kindle reader growth through the region. Lynette headed a team of designers and developers in creating a home grown eBook platform, incorporating all the elements of design, e-commerce and the ultimate user experience. MIH provided Lynette the chance to join both her worlds, i.e. a love for playing with gadgets and utilising her knowledge in the Tech industry.

Now as Head of Product Strategy at Prezence Digital,  Lynette is really excited about taking her career to the next level in the mobile space where she
gets play with a talented bunch of people in the industry to create awesome award winning mobile products for a huge spectrum of clients across the
financial, travel and entertainment sectors.
