Jan is a UX Researcher and Consultant with over 20 years of experience, working with various UXA member companies since the Alliance was founded in 2005. He is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of uintent, a UX consulting company based in Hamburg and Munich. uintent is part of ReSight Global, an international holding company that includes UX research and consulting agencies in five other countries outside of Germany. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Digital Media, and his research focuses primarily on automotive user interfaces and e-commerce. Over the past decade, he has tested more than 100 in-car systems, combining deep domain knowledge with a passion for user-centered design.
