Please read this policy carefully before purchasing your ticket. By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. General Policy: All Ticket Sales Are Final

Once purchased, tickets for UXmasterclass 2025 are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We encourage attendees to be certain of their ability to attend the Event before completing their purchase. This policy applies to all ticket types purchased for the Event.

2. Special Circumstances for Cancellation: Visa Application Rejection

UXmasterclass understands that international attendees may face challenges with visa applications. In the specific instance where an attendee's visa application to enter the country where the Event is being held is officially rejected, the attendee may request a special consideration for cancellation.

Procedure for Requesting Special Consideration:
If your visa application is rejected, you must contact us via email at uxmasterclass@peepaldesign.com at the earliest opportunity, and no later than 14 days prior to the Event start date.
Your email must include official, verifiable proof of the visa rejection (e.g., a scanned copy of the rejection letter from the embassy or consulate).
Please include your full name, ticket confirmation number, and contact details in your request.

Review and Discretion:
Each request for cancellation due to visa rejection will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the UXmasterclass team.
UXmasterclass reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted documents.
The decision to grant a cancellation and any potential partial or full refund, or credit towards a future event, in such cases will be at the sole discretion of UXmasterclass. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund or credit.

3. Refund Policy

As stated in Section 1, all ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 2 (Visa Application Rejection) and subject to the discretionary approval by UXmasterclass.
If a refund is approved under the special circumstances mentioned above, it will typically be processed to the original payment method within 30-45 business days from the date of approval. Transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Ticket Transfers

UXmasterclass 2025 understands that plans can change. Therefore, tickets purchased for the Event are transferable to another individual, subject to the following conditions:

• General Transfers: The original ticket holder is responsible for finding a replacement attendee and arranging the transfer of funds between themselves if applicable.

• Conditions for Specific Ticket Types:

1. Standard Individual Tickets: Tickets purchased as standard individual registrations are transferable to another individual without restrictions on the new attendee's category, beyond general event attendance eligibility.

2. Student Tickets: If a ticket was purchased with a student discount ("Student Ticket"), it is transferable only to another individual who also meets the eligibility criteria for a Student Ticket and can provide valid, current proof of student status upon request by UXmasterclass or at the Event registration.

3. Group Tickets: If a ticket was purchased as part of a group booking, it is transferable to another individual. The transfer should ideally maintain the integrity of the original group's composition if specific group benefits or conditions were applied. The new ticket holder may need to meet any criteria applicable to the original group booking. It is the responsibility of the group and the original ticket holder to manage transfers within their group.

• Notification of Transfer: To ensure a smooth entry for the new attendee, the original ticket holder must notify UXmasterclass of any ticket transfer. This notification should be sent via email to uxmasterclass@peepaldesign.com no later than [e.g., 7 days prior to the Event start date - Please specify your preferred deadline]. The notification must include:

• The original ticket holder's full name and ticket confirmation number.

• The full name, email address, and contact number of the new individual attending.

• If transferring a Student Ticket, confirmation that the new attendee is an eligible student.

• Responsibility: UXmasterclass is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the original ticket holder and the new attendee regarding the transfer or payment. The new attendee will be subject to the same Terms of Usage and policies as the original purchaser.

• Right to Refuse Entry: UXmasterclass reserves the right to refuse entry to a new ticket holder if the transfer was not properly notified as per the above procedure, or if the new ticket holder does not meet the eligibility criteria for a specific ticket type (e.g., a Student Ticket holder without valid student ID).

5. Event Cancellation or Postponement by UXmasterclass

In the unlikely event that UXmasterclass 2025 is cancelled or postponed by the organizers for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, public health crises, etc.), attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

• If the Event is Cancelled: UXmasterclass may offer registered attendees a full or partial refund of the ticket price, or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date or a future event, at its sole discretion.

• If the Event is Postponed: Registered attendees will typically be offered the option to transfer their registration to the new date. If an attendee is unable to attend on the new date, UXmasterclass may, at its discretion, consider refund requests.

Further details regarding the specific procedures in such an event will be communicated to registered attendees directly.

6. Changes to Event Program

UXmasterclass reserves the right to make alterations to the Event program, agenda, speakers, venue, and timings at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not typically qualify registrants for a refund or ticket cancellation, other than as explicitly set out in this policy.

7. No Refunds for Non-Attendance ("No-Shows")

If a registered attendee does not attend the Event for any reason (other than approved cancellations under Section 2), no refund will be issued.
