• All tickets for UXmasterclass 2025 are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

• Tickets are valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

• Please be sure of your ability to attend before buying your ticket.

 
 
Visa Rejection Exception
 
If you are an international attendee and your visa application to enter the host country is officially rejected:
 

• Email us at uxmasterclass@peepaldesign.com as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days before the Event.

• Include:

  • Official proof of visa rejection (e.g. a scanned letter from the embassy or consulate)

  • Your full name, ticket confirmation number, and contact details

 
All requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is at the sole discretion of UXmasterclass and is not guaranteed.
 
If approved, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 30–45 business days. Transaction or processing fees may be deducted.
 
 
Event Changes or Cancellation
 
UXmasterclass reserves the right to make changes to the Event’s program, speakers, agenda, venue, or timing without prior notice. These changes do not typically entitle attendees to refunds.
 
If UXmasterclass 2025 is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, public health crises):
 

• We will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible.

• If cancelled, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • The option to transfer registration to a future event.

• If postponed, you’ll typically have the option to transfer your registration to the new date. If you cannot attend, we may consider refund requests at our discretion.

 
Full details will be provided directly to registered attendees if such situations arise.
 
 
No Refunds for No-Shows
 
No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the Event, except under the visa rejection circumstances noted above.
