This workshop explores advanced Lovable workflows used by experienced builders to create more robust AI applications. The session covers the organization of personas, workflows, documentation, and prompting systems, as well as the use of design systems, frontend and backend architectures, user permissions, payment integrations, and AI-assisted automations.

Through a hands-on component, participants will apply these methods while building a product, discovering how more structured processes can accelerate development, improve delivery quality, and bring product creation closer to an almost “autopilot” model.
